サンクス先生

神戸生まれ。1986年にアパレル業界に入り、営業、事業企画、商品企画（MD）などを担当しながらブランド運営や事業づくりを現場で学ぶ。

バブル崩壊後の市場低迷や業界構造の変化を経験し、日本のファッションビジネスの激動期を最前線で乗り越えてきた。

その後、海外事業に挑戦し、台湾・香港で店舗展開を指揮。現地の市場や文化に合わせた商品開発や組織づくりを行い、アジア市場で事業成長を実現する。

現在は独立し、経営コンサルタントとして企業の成長戦略を支援するとともに、専門学校講師として次世代の人材育成にも力を注いでいる。
